Offload is a utility that copies your photos and videos to a storage location you choose and then removes the originals from your device to free up space. Your privacy is simple to describe because Offload is built to keep your data on your device and in your hands.
None. Offload has no account system, no analytics, and no advertising. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data. We never see your photos, videos, or any information about them.
Offload requests access to your photo library solely to perform its function on your device: reading your original photos and videos so it can copy them to the folder you select, and — only after you confirm the system deletion prompt — moving the originals you chose into Recently Deleted. This access is used entirely on-device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
Offload sends no data to us or to any third party. The only network activity it can cause is when you offload a photo stored in iCloud: the app asks iOS to download your own original from your iCloud account so it can be copied at full resolution. That exchange is between your device and Apple, under Apple's privacy policy; Offload is not a party to it.
Copies are written only to the destination folder you pick (for example, an SD card or a folder in Files). Offload remembers that location so it can reuse it, stored on your device only. It does not access any other files.
We share nothing, because we collect nothing.
Offload is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
